A review of the supporting governance arrangements, lifecycle management, service ownership, accountability and the future operating model required to sustainably manage Microsoft 365. Assessment of the information architecture, content readiness, access controls and governance maturity to identify constraints to safe adoption of Microsoft Copilot and wider AI-enabled services. Assess the skills, roles, responsibilities, resources and specialist support required to operate, govern and improve Microsoft 365 and related AI-enabled services. The requirement is to develop a target-state architecture, options for prioritised improvement roadmaps and an outline business case to support future investment and delivery decisions.
