TenderHive Intelligence is a product wholly owned and operated by Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO. Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO is the controller for all first-party cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage) used on TenderHive Intelligence.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser. We also use browser local storage for the same purposes — everything described here applies to both.
Managing your choices
You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, and manage preference and analytics storage from your workspace settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in to the TenderHive Intelligence workspace.
Third-party processors
Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO engages vetted sub-processors for hosting, payments and product analytics under written data processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
International transfers
Application data is hosted in the EU with tenant isolation enforced at the database level. Where a sub-processor transfers data outside the EEA, Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
