Terms of service
The commercial and usage terms that apply to every TenderHive Intelligence subscription issued by Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO.
Contracting entity
TenderHive Intelligence is a product wholly owned and operated by Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO. These terms form an agreement between your organisation and Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO, and all invoices, notices and legal correspondence are issued by Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO.
Service
TenderHive Intelligence provides access to aggregated procurement notices, award records and analysis tools on a subscription basis.
Accounts and seats
Access is licensed per named user within your organisation. Credentials must not be shared; seat counts are managed by your organisation administrator.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell or redistribute platform data in bulk, or use the service to build a competing aggregation product.
Data accuracy
Notices are sourced from third-party portals. We normalise and verify continuously, but the originating authority's publication remains the authoritative record.
Subscription and billing
Plans renew automatically for the selected term. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property
The TenderHive Intelligence platform, brand, marks and derived datasets are owned by Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO. Subscriptions grant a limited, non-exclusive right of use only.
Liability
The service is provided for commercial decision support. Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO is not liable for bid outcomes or for errors originating in third-party source publications.
TenderHive Intelligence is a wholly owned product of Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO. All references to “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO.
