What Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO collects through TenderHive Intelligence, why we collect it, where it lives and how you stay in control of it.
Who we are
TenderHive Intelligence is a product wholly owned and operated by Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO. Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through the platform, and is the contracting entity for all subscriptions and data processing agreements.
Data we collect
Account details (name, work email, organisation), billing metadata handled by our payment processor, and product usage events used to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide tender search, alerts and reporting, to bill your subscription, to secure the platform, and to communicate service notices.
Lawful basis
Contract performance for service delivery, legitimate interest for security and product improvement, and consent for marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time.
Data residency and retention
Application data is hosted in the EU with tenant isolation enforced at the database level. Account data is retained for the life of the subscription plus the statutory retention period.
Sub-processors
Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO uses vetted infrastructure, email and payment sub-processors under data processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by contacting the Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO privacy team.
