1. Create your buyer account
Sign up with your work email, name your organisation and confirm you publish on its behalf.
2. Draft the tender
Upload your existing RFP. Lots, requirements and evaluation criteria are reconstructed with citations for you to accept or dismiss.
3. Publish and receive sealed bids
Your notice goes live to suppliers. Responses stay sealed until the opening you record — drafts and late bids never leak into evaluation.
4. Evaluate after closing
Score against your published criteria, with optional AI assistance that always waits for human validation.
5. Approve and award
Approvals and the award decision are recorded with a full audit trail, and the award notice publishes back to the market.
