Tender summary
Provision of operational knowledge transfer, operational readiness assessment, governance development, carbon budget methodology support and independent scientific oversight services for the AmazonFACE programme. The services will draw on BIFoR's experience of operating a large-scale forest FACE facility to support the transition of AmazonFACE into sustained scientific operation, including transfer of operational best practice, assessment of long-term operational readiness, development of operational and governance frameworks, and specialist scientific support to strengthen carbon budget development, data quality, and scientific assurance.
