Tender summary
Central Bedfordshire Council has awarded a contract for the delivery of a planned programme of kitchen and bathroom replacement works across its housing stock. The contract includes the design, supply, installation and replacement of kitchens and bathrooms within occupied and void residential properties, together with associated electrical, plumbing, ventilation, flooring, tiling, decorating and ancillary building works required to complete the installations. The works support the Council’s housing asset management and investment programme and are intended to improve the quality, safety and performance of its housing stock.
