Scope of works
Competitive procurement for qualified professional services to act as Interim Receiver or Interim Receiver and Manager for Tolpuddle Housing Co-operative Inc. under the Housing Services Act, 2011. Services will include operational and financial administration, governance and organizational assessment, regulatory compliance coordination, stabilization planning, statutory reporting, and transition planning. The initial appointment is anticipated to be for a period not exceeding 180 days, with the possibility of continuation should the The City/Service Manager obtain a court order extending the receivership.
