Scope of works

In hoofdlijnen omvat de opdracht het ontwerpen, engineeren, optimaliseren en realiseren (werken) van het Logistiek Centrum Kralingen, inclusief bijbehorende terreinvoorzieningen, installaties en logistieke voorzieningen. De opdracht heeft betrekking op een bedrijfsgebouw met een footprint van circa 3.500–4.000 m² en een terrein/plot van circa 5.000–5.500 m², met bouwhoogtes van 10, 8 respectievelijk 5 meter.
