Scope of works
De gemeente Beek wil Sportcomplex De Haamen integraal toekomstbestendig maken, waarbij zowel de bouwkundige als installatietechnische kwaliteit wordt verbeterd. De gewenste situatie is een duurzaam, veilig, functioneel en efficiënt sportcomplex dat aansluit bij de toekomstige behoeften van gebruikers en tegelijkertijd een beheersbare exploitatie met aandacht voor energie- en onderhoudskosten mogelijk maakt. Om deze doelstelling te realiseren, is de gemeente Beek voornemens een bouwteam aan te besteden, bestaande uit twee percelen: Perceel 1 voor de aannemer en Perceel 2 voor de installateur.
