Tender Description
Northumberland Public Library is requesting bids for Category 1 services for: 1) Internet access service for its library. 2) Internet connection to the library's annex. Cellular Data Plan/Air Card Service has been listed for this location in the event it is a more cost effective solution. 3) Internet access service for its bookmobile. Please see attached service specs for further details. Proposals that include generic, encyclopedic price lists will be considered non-responsive and will not be included in the evaluation.
