Tender Description
Please refer to the attached RFP documents for services requested and bid parameters. - Bids must be submitted by November 16, 2026. - All proposals must be submitted in the requested format via E-Mail to: ccaerateresponse@ccaeducate.me and must include the Applicant name and Form 470# in the subject line. Adherence to this requirement is your responsibility and cannot be imputed to the Applicant. - All bidder questions must be made in writing via e-mail to ccaerateresponse@ccaeducate.me by October 31, 2026. - You must complete and submit Attachment A and/or B with your bid. Failure to submit this document will result in your bid being deemed incomplete for bid evaluation purposes. If you submit any additional bid documents where the proposed costs are inconsistent with the costs specifically proposed in Attachment A and/or B, then the cost specified in Attachment A and/or B will govern the Applicant's competitive bidding evaluation. For any Attachments insert your Name in column B1 and your SPIN in column C1. For "Facilities Owned/Leased", please indicate whether you are the owner of the transport. - SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration.
