Scope of works
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement for the future provision of cleaning services across three proposed lots: - Residential Cleaning; - Commercial Cleaning, including office spaces; and - Fleet and Empty Homes Cleaning. The requirements include communal and specialist cleaning, window and roof cleaning, internal office cleaning, fleet cleaning, and empty homes cleaning and clearance. WCHG is seeking supplier feedback on the proposed scope, lot structure, delivery approach and indicative pricing.
