Scope of works
The London Borough of Harrow has awarded a contract to Chirpy Heat Ltd to provide specialist consultancy support in relation to heat network regulatory compliance requirements. The services will support the Council in meeting its statutory obligations, including the registration of heat networks and compliance with associated regulatory requirements ahead of the January 2027 deadline. The appointment provides access to specialist expertise to ensure compliance milestones are achieved and to mitigate the risk of regulatory non-compliance.
