Scope of works

Powys County Council is seeking to enter into a contract with a single contractor using the JCT Design & Build 2024 Edition with Schedule of Amendments for Hendre Ladus, Ystradgynlais, Powys, SA9 1SE, Design, Supply and Installation of ASHP Heating System and Associated Works. Due to grant funding works are required to be completed by no later that February 26th 2027.
