Scope of works
The project includes replacement of pitched and flat roof coverings with associated insulation upgrades, and roof light replacement. Works also involve removal of a chimney stack, replacement gutters, downpipes (including cast iron replacements), fascias, soffits, and internal finishes. MEP works cover isolation, making safe, removal of services from the flat roof within the courtyard, and reinstatement and recommissioning of services following roofing works.
