Scope of works
DfT Operator Limited has awarded a contract for the provision of the DTx cloud-based case management system to support the DFTO Prosecutions Unit in managing cases submitted by Train Operating Companies relating to fare and ticketing evasion and subsequent prosecution. The system will support case management, workflow management, document and evidence storage, correspondence, diary and task management, reporting, document generation and court bundling. The contract includes DTx licences for 13 users, HyperLaw bundling, implementation, data migration, configuration and training. Credit-checking functionality is available on a usage basis. The contract has been awarded under the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement, RM1557.14, Lot 2: Cloud Software
