Scope of works
The contract provides firewall licensing managed support service, ensuring the Council's firewall infrastructure remains secure, resilient and fully supported. The service includes 24/7/365 monitoring, alerting, incident response, change implementation, policy management, software patching and upgrades, scheduled backups, and access to specialist firewall engineers.
