Scope of works
This requirement is for the provision of specialist repair, reverse engineering, and technical support services for obsolete operational plant equipment that can no longer be supported by the original equipment manufacturer. The scope includes the repair of electrical and electronic operational technology equipment, ranging from crane pendants and control boards to industrial control system, input/ output cards, processor cards, and communications cards. It also includes the development and implementation of a virtual keyboard solution for the Distributed Control System (DCS) to replace bespoke keyboards that cannot be reverse engineered or remanufactured.
