Scope of works
North Yorkshire Council is seeking a supplier to provide a Moving Traffic Enforcement (MTE) Camera solution to support the civil enforcement of moving traffic contraventions. The requirement includes the supply, installation, hosting, maintenance and support of approved camera technology, associated software and communications infrastructure. This retrospective Preliminary Market Engagement Notice concerns a Request for Information (RFI) issued on 1 April 2026 to suppliers of government-approved devices. The purpose of the engagement was to gather information on available solutions and obtain clarification regarding pricing and quotation methodologies
