Scope of works
Continuation of specialist inpatient healthcare provision for an individual (SW) with complex mental health and associated needs currently placed at Cygnet Churchill. It includes specialist multidisciplinary assessment, treatment, care, risk management and rehabilitation appropriate to the individual's assessed needs. The proposed arrangements support continuity of established care and treatment while SW's ongoing need for specialist inpatient provision and opportunities for progression, step-down and discharge continue to be reviewed.
