Scope of works

Following Homes England's acquisition of Sheephouse Farm, an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) was commissioned. The survey identified a number of electrical safety defects and items requiring further investigation, which must be addressed to ensure the electrical installations meet current safety standards and Homes England's obligations as landlord.
