Scope of works
Appointment of 4 contractors (x3 in our Southern regions & x1 for Northwest England) to cover electrical testing across our stock. The contract is to carry out periodic electrical testing to both domestic and communal properties with electrical supply that L&Q have responsibility to maintain. Completion of C1 and C2’s along with any defined requirements beyond this within self cert limits ensuring to evidence any remediation. Remedials outside of self-certification limits to have variation orders supplied with evidence of works required along with unsatisfactory certification for approval 1Recommendations should be provided but clearly identified as recommendations C3 or notes to update systems if this is believed to be required
