Scope of works
Newcastle City Council has entered into a contract for the provision of small-scale responsive roofing works to occupied and void properties within the Council's housing stock. The contract will provide additional skilled roofing resources to support the Council's in-house day-to-day repairs and maintenance service. The works may include repairs to roof coverings, tiles and slates, rainwater goods, brickwork, chimneys, valleys, gutters, flashings and associated roofing elements. The requirement covers houses and flats across Newcastle upon Tyne, including low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise dwellings.
