Scope of works
We are seeking to procure specialist consultancy support to develop a Full Business Case (FBC), including a clear articulation of strategic, financial, and economic value, for the Digital Office Pilot, setting out a robust and deliverable proposal for transitioning the programme into Business as Usual (BAU). The supplier will produce a HM Treasury Green Book-compliant FBC, building on the existing Outline Business Case (OBC), programme delivery to date, and the emerging findings of the ongoing independent Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). The approach will ensure alignment between evaluation evidence and Green Book-compliant business case development.
