Scope of works
The Service under the Contract will provide a hub for the co-ordination and provision of a range of supports for adult and young carers who reside in Renfrewshire. The aim of the service is to support carers in their caring role through a range of services which address their holistic wellbeing needs and progress their individual personal outcomes. Support will be individualised to each carer and services may include: - Information and advice - Adult Carer Support Plans - Counselling and mental health support - Support groups - Training to Carers - Breaks for Carers - Volunteering - Development Work, - Partnership Working and - Individual Support.
