Scope of works
Continued provision of annual key holding, intruder alarm monitoring, intruder alarm annual servicing, CCTV annual servicing, broadband line provision, CCTV monitoring, static officers, dog handling services, lock and unlock services, and mobile patrols across multiple former NNC properties. This also includes manned guarding services at The Cube, Bowling Green Road, Tithe Barn Offices, and the William Knibb Centre. These services are critical to maintaining continuous site safety and security control. The contract start date is 15 June 2026, this is an 8 month contract. Due to delays in the contract writing process, the UK5 notice could not be published on that date. The notice is therefore being issued at the earliest available opportunity.
