Scope of works
Anglian Water is undertaking early market engagement to inform the future procurement of Operational Technology (OT) Reseller Services. Through this engagement, we are seeking insight from the market to better understand supplier capabilities, service offerings, delivery models, and emerging innovations that can support the continued development and operation of our OT network infrastructure. The objective is to establish a strategic panel of qualified resellers capable of supplying, integrating, and supporting key OT technologies across our operational environment. The insights gathered will help shape our future sourcing strategy and ensure we secure a commercially robust, resilient, and scalable solution that supports critical operations, regulatory compliance, and long-term business objectives. Our key objectives for a future approach include: Securing competitive and sustainable commercial arrangements that deliver long-term value and support evolving business requirements. Ensuring resilience of supply through access to trusted partners with the capability to provide responsive technical support, integration services, and ongoing lifecycle management. Strengthening operational and cyber resilience through solutions and expertise aligned with the Network and Information Systems (NIS) Regulations 2018, the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF), and wider industry best practice. Providing access to accredited technical expertise, vendor specialisms, and value-added services that enhance the performance, security, and reliability of our OT estate. Establishing future-ready partnerships that support innovation, technology refresh, and the increasing digitalisation and interconnectivity of operational assets. Your input will play a key role in helping Anglian Water understand current market capabilities and opportunities, ensuring that our future procurement approach supports operational continuity, improves asset visibility and control, and enables us to respond effectively to evolving business, regulatory, and cybersecurity challenges.
