Scope of works
Grounds Maintenance - The contractor is to provide services to the current legislation and outlined in the Specification to include but not limited to: - • Grass Cutting • Hedge Maintenance • Shrub and Flower Border Maintenance • Weed Control • Litter Picking • Leaf Clearance • Hard Surface Maintenance • Unwanted Vegetation • Lawn fertiliser • Tree inspections (saplings only) The contract requires all operatives to understand their legal responsibilities relating to protected species, nesting birds, habitats, pollution prevention, waste handling, and safe working practices. Maps of each location will be made available to bidders during the tender process. You will be requested to message via the Delta e-portal asking for access to the maps with an email address, a link to the documents will then be shared to that email address.
