Scope of works

Parking and Bus Lane Enforcement is business-critical statutory function regulated by the Secretary of State for Transport under Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA). Bury Council intends to undertake a competitive procurement exercise for Parking and Bus Lane Enforcement Services during 2027, with the intention of awarding and mobilising a replacement contract within 12 months.
