Scope of works
The purpose of this contract is to secure a comprehensive commercial company data platform that integrates directly with the Zoho CRM environment. The solution should provide a reliable, automated source of company data for matching, validation and enrichment, enabling high-quality, consistent records across the CRM. In addition to maintaining accurate business records, the platform should provide the intelligence needed to identify, segment and better understand businesses across the region before engagement. This includes supporting the identification of target businesses, enriching company profiles with relevant commercial insights, and providing a comprehensive view of the regional business landscape to inform coordinated account management and business support activities
