Scope of works
We are procuring the time from Leeds Beckett University for a staff member Dr Bob Muir to support, and at times lead a cohort based activity called Elite Coach 25-27. This programme supports 12 Coaches across the High Performance Community. It is essential to have a delivery team with the required skills, knowledge and experiences. Dr Bob Muir can deliver against all areas of the programme. The key strands of work which Bob will be leading and supporting on depending on the roles within the delivery team at that point are as follows. 1) Planning for and delivery at residential events (4 per year) 2) Group Supervisions (online every quarter) 3) Group Field work (Facilitated visits to each others performance environments) 4) Individual Support 5) 360 insight creation, collection and sharing with coaches and sport sponsors This work will be completed by the end of the LA Olympics and Paralympics.
