Scope of works

Acumen Fuse is used within LTC as a schedule quality and project risk analysis tool. It provides independent assessment of Primavera P6 schedules produced by our delivery partners, helping PMO & project teams identify issues such as logic gaps, excessive constraints, negative float, critical path weaknesses, and schedule integrity concerns.
