Scope of works

The notice relates to the provision of Enhanced Primary Care Homeless Service in Lewisham This notice is an intention to award a contract to the existing provider following direct award process C. The lifetime value of this contract is £500,000 (£125,000 per annum) The contract term is 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 year at the sole discretion of the Authority. The contract will start on 01/04/2027 and end 31/03/2029, if the optional extension is utilised the contract end date will be 31/03/31
