Scope of works

The CareCubed Adults Calculator is a widely used, evidence-based tool that supports fair and transparent care fee assessments and negotiations. The Strategic Procurement and Brokerage Team uses it to review care costs, achieve value for money, identify savings opportunities in high-cost placements, and ensure a consistent approach to setting care fees while maintaining positive relationships with care providers.
