Scope of works
Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a supplier to deliver a leadership development programme for Women of Colour, designed to inspire, empower and equip participants to become the leaders of the future. Aimed at Women of Colour aspiring to leadership roles, the programme will combine peer networking, facilitated learning and reflective practice to help participants develop lifelong learning skills, build confidence, expand professional networks and pursue future career progression opportunities.
