Comprises an online/telephone/in-person counselling service available to all employees and their immediate family 24/7, 365 days per year. Advice and support include, but are not limited, to medical concerns, mental health, housing, alcohol/drugs, childcare, stress/anxiety, gambling, financial wellbeing, etc.
