Scope of works
National Grid is seeking to establish a Hardware Reseller Framework to provide an efficient and value-driven route to market for the procurement of IT hardware, including but not limited to network infrastructure, cyber security equipment, servers and associated hardware services across its UK and US businesses. The framework will appoint a limited number of strategic reseller partners capable of supplying leading OEM technologies, delivering competitive pricing, lifecycle and warranty management, asset visibility, technical support, and value-added services. The framework aims to improve commercial outcomes, strengthen supply chain resilience and governance, support sustainability objectives, and provide a scalable procurement solution that meets National Grid’s evolving technology requirements. At the end of the procurement event there will be 2 frameworks, one for the UK & one for the US.
