Scope of works
The Contract establishes a two-year Human Performance System Enterprise Agreement (HPS EA), enabling the Authority to procure access to the HPO Technologies Limited digital platform and associated services through the issue of Tasking Order Forms during the Contract term. The Contract will also support the development, testing and evaluation of digital human performance capabilities to assess their suitability for wider adoption across Defence. The Contract is established as a Limit of Liability (LoL) arrangement with a maximum value of £5,000,000 (inclusive of VAT). The stated value represents the Authority's maximum financial liability under the Contract and does not constitute a commitment to spend.
