Scope of works
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the reconfiguration and extension of mental health ward accommodation at Bryn y Neuadd Hospital, Llanfairfechan. The project comprises two concurrent schemes within the Foelas Mental Health Unit and Ty Llewelyn Medium Secure Mental Health Unit to provide new seclusion suite accommodation and associated clinical support facilities. The tender will be awarded to the most advantageous tender based on 40% quality and 60% cost as detailed in the ITT document.
