GMCA 2188 Developing the business case for upland restoration in Greater Manchester

Scope of works

This commission is for specialist support to develop an innovative strategic business case for investment in landscape-scale restoration of the upland landscapes and catchments above Greater Manchester. The work will focus primarily on Greater Manchester's main river catchments with uplands at their headwaters, particularly the Upper Irwell and Upper Mersey, taking a catchment-based approach that extends beyond the GMCA administrative boundary where necessary. Route to Market = Restricted RFQ in line with the PA23 Regulations and Constitution.
