Scope of works

The provision of specialist consultancy, implementation and programme delivery services to support the Banner student record system upgrade project and migration to the cloud. The Supplier uses a proprietary workforce planning tool and methodology to translate the university's requirements into a detailed resource model, identifying the specialist Banner skills and capacity required at each stage of the programme.
