Secured Exacom software via Idox the service provider for East Midlands Building Consultancy (EMBC)the Local Authority Building Control service, delivered through a partnership between South Kesteven District Council (SKDC), Newark and Sherwood District Council (NSDC), and Rushcliffe Borough Council (RBC). For the new Building safety Levy that will go live from the 1st October 2026
