Independent Advocacy Services 2027

Scope of works

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) is aiming to procure an Independent Advocacy Service in order to meet its statutory duties, corporate priorities and the individual needs of Service Users, both within and out of county. This contract will cover the following services both in and out of county; Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) for a Litigation Friend. Independent Care Act Advocacy including Carers Advocacy 1.2 Advocacy General Advocacy Independent Health Complaints Advocacy
