Scope of works

Provision of enabling works for the replacement of an existing x-ray system with a new system along with building, mechanical and electrical works to the wider x-ray suite of rooms. The site is located on the ground floor of this busy community hospital with restricted access and egress. The contract is anticipated to be awarded using the JCT Minor Works with Contractor’s Design 2024 or other appropriate form of contract as determined by the Health Board.
