Scope of works
The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons and the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords (the Authority) are undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to a future procurement for the supply of grocery and dairy products across its various catering venues. The purpose of this engagement is to obtain market feedback on the proposed requirements, service delivery model, and procurement approach. Information gathered during this exercise will help inform the development of the procurement strategy and tender documentation. Interested suppliers are invited to participate in a market engagement exercise and provide feedback on the Authority's proposed requirements. Please note: participation in this engagement process will not provide any advantage or disadvantage in any subsequent procurement process.
