Scope of works

Uttlesford District Council seeked quotations for: The replacement of selected areas of external cladding, together with associated repairs and redecoration works at the Waitrose Car Park, Elm Grove, Saffron Walden. The works include removal of existing cladding, installation of new timber cladding systems, localised repairs, and associated scaffolding, access, and making good to ensure the building is restored to a safe and serviceable condition.
