Scope of works
Provision of specialist research, engagement and analytical services to undertake a comprehensive Market Stability Assessment and Service Sufficiency Review across health and social care services. The commission will evaluate current and future service capacity, market sustainability, quality and demand, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities to support strategic commissioning and market development over the next five years. The successful provider will deliver stakeholder engagement, data analysis and a final evidence-based report with recommendations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policy requirements and accessibility standards.
