Scope of works
This contract is for the acquisition of Document Translate; a user-friendly, web-based platform designed for rapid translation. This move aligns with the Councils' AI adoption strategy, promises substantial cost savings, and significantly enhances service accessibility for our diverse communities. The route to market this is a Direct Award outside of a framework to the incumbent supplier Citytrax Limited and therefore a waiver is also required.
