Scope of works
The Council is seeking to engage with providers that can deliver high-quality supported accommodation for people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, and multiple disadvantages. Our aim is to ensure that individuals with complex needs have: • Access to person-centred supported accommodation that enables them to develop the skills and stability needed to access and sustain future tenancies. • Clear and effective pathways into settled, unsupported accommodation. • Access to partner agencies and specialist services that support recovery, independence, wellbeing, and progression, while reducing the risk of future homelessness. The information that you may provide is for information purposes only and will be used to understand the market and inform the development of any future procurement.
